You’ll meet for 90 minutes each week, with a clear topic each session, focused on the psychology of high-pressure leadership, emotional regulation, strategic boundary-setting, and next-step execution.

  • Focus: Identifying where you have unconsciously “outsourced” your agency to your role, your boss, or your circumstances.

  • The Shift: Moving from “I have to” to “I am choosing.” We map your current constraints vs. your actual leverage.


Week 2: The Pressure-Proof Nervous System

  • Focus: Managing the physiology of high-stakes leadership.

  • The Shift: Learning how to bypass the amygdala (fear/reactivity) in real-time.

Week 3: The Boundary Architecture

  • Focus: Strategic self-advocacy.

  • The Shift: Redefining boundaries not as “walls,” but as “filters.” We practice specific scripts for saying “no” to the wrong demands while increasing your authority with key stakeholders.

Week 4: Decoding Your Leadership “Script”

  • Focus: Pattern recognition.

  • The Shift: Identifying the subconscious “Imposter” or “Perfectionist” scripts that drive you to over-work or jump ship prematurely. We dismantle the “need to prove” so you can lead with presence.

Week 5: Emotional Intelligence (EQ) as a Competitive Edge

  • Focus: Reading the room vs. reacting to the room.

  • The Shift: Using your EQ to navigate politics, manage difficult board members, or handle difficult hiring/firing decisions without taking the emotional hit home with you.

Week 6: Decision-Making in the “Grey”

  • Focus: Navigating uncertainty (the “Jumping Ship” phase).

  • The Shift: Building a framework for high-stakes transitions. If you’re going fractional or solo, this is the week we map the commercial and psychological shift into your new identity.

Week 7: Designing Your Future-State

  • Focus: Momentum and vision.

  • The Shift: Moving away from “escaping the present” toward “architecting the future.” We build the 90-day “Executive Agency Roadmap” for your next chapter.

Week 8: Radical Ownership & Sustainable Legacy

  • Focus: Integration and closing the loop.

  • The Shift: Cementing your new internal “CEO-of-Self” identity. We define the non-negotiables that ensure you won’t revert to old, reactive patterns once the cohort ends.
