Speaker Profile Volker
Originally from Germany, Volker moved to the UK 25 years ago and built a career leading sales and go-to-market in tech scale-ups, SaaS, and global organisations. As a CRO, he scaled teams of 60+ alongside founders and CEOs, delivering growth in fast-moving, high-pressure environments where uncertainty was the norm, not the exception.
That experience shaped his core belief: The leaders who thrive today aren’t those who avoid pressure, but those who can regulate themselves within it.
Today, Volker works as a board advisor, executive coach, and hypno-psychotherapist, combining over 20 years of commercial leadership with deep psychological expertise. Drawing on over 1,500+ coaching hours and training in emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and behavioural change, he helps senior leaders stay clear-headed, grounded, and decisive when it matters most.
A published author, podcast host, and EMCC-accredited coach, Volker is known for his engaging, thought-provoking talks that blend real-world leadership experience with practical tools for resilience, burnout prevention, and sustainable high performance. Audiences leave with actionable strategies to lead with clarity, composure, and impact, even under pressure.
