About Obnatus
Volker Ballueder is a former Chief Revenue Officer and commercial leader with more than 20 years of experience across tech, data and SaaS. He has led teams of 60+ people, carried responsibility for revenues above $100M, and worked with founders, CEOs and senior teams through growth, restructures and high-pressure change.
After years in demanding commercial leadership roles, repeated redundancies, and firsthand experience of the personal cost that pressure can create, he retrained in coaching and hypno-psychotherapy. Today, he brings together commercial credibility, psychological depth and close to 2,000 coaching hours to help leaders work through overwhelm, lead more clearly and build success that is sustainable.
In the last 10 years, he has coached leaders from organisations including PepsiCo, Sky, Merlin, WHSmith, Boots, DHL, Ogilvy, JCDecaux and high-growth startups.
