Therapy / Counselling

It might be that you feel “that something isn’t quite right”. Or that there is an inner anxiety that stops you from living the life you want to be living. Or you don’t feel like you belong to your tribe anymore and want to seek something new.

Sometimes talking to friends will help you get to the bottom of what’s bothering you, but sometimes you need professional support.

Volker abides by the ethical codes of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and the National Society of Talking Therapies (NSTT) which consider the use of client testimonials in therapy unethical.

Counselling for the workplace

The modern workplace has become increasingly complex, especially in the wake of the pandemic, leaving many feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Adapting to these changes demands significant time and energy, further compounded by global uncertainties. This is particularly true for salespeople, who face daily challenges in an increasingly volatile environment, heightening their stress levels.

To maintain employee well-being and attract top talent, companies need to prioritise mental health initiatives. Promoting mental health not only supports staff but also strengthens the overall workplace environment.

Our programmes offer onsite or online initiatives to improve psychological safety, health, and performance through support and education. We offer 1:2:1 support, a safe space to take a moment and talk openly in 100% confidentiality.
