Lead with purpose. Live with meaning.
Lead with purpose. Live with meaning.
Growing a business, revenues and teams is not easy.
You have just stepped into a new role. And suddenly, everything feels different.
Yesterday, you were part of the team. Today, you are leading it.
There’s pressure to prove yourself. To have a vision. To gain trust. To make it all look effortless.
But behind the scenes?
You are second-guessing decisions, overthinking every one-to-one, and wondering whether people are really behind you – or just being polite.
You inherited a team with its own culture, habits, and history. Some are resistant. Some are watching closely.
And while you are putting on a brave face, the truth is: it is lonely at the top.

Leadership is a big ask.
It is exciting, yes. But it can also be overwhelming, exposing, and exhausting. No matter how many years experience you have.
And no one tells you what to do when you do not know what to do.
This is why I founded Obnatus – which means growing in Latin.
Leadership coaching support you. Not as a performance review. Not as a motivational speech.
But as a real-time thinking partner. A sounding board. A guide.
Because that is what this work and life is all about. To lead with purpose and live with meaning.
We also work more hand-on as a Consultant and Advisor or help you overcome deeper challenges as a Therapist.
